Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

All orders must be placed by 12 PM PST to start processing on the same day. Processing times usually take 3-7 business days. Delivery Times are based on orders placed between Monday through Friday.

If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. International Shipping

 

We ship international orders through USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided includes all import duties, taxes and applicable fees.

USPS - (Tax & Duties Pre-Paid)

 

• Delivery is approximately 1-3 weeks after the time of shipment

• Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information

• Package can be tracked at www.usps.com

• Delivery will be made by a local carrier

• Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 3-7 business days after the order is placed

• International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates

• All prices are quoted in the US Dollar currency for all applicable costs, including shipping, taxes, and duties

• Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be determined during checkout

• Shipping, duties, taxes and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undelivered or refused shipments

• International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses

• International orders totals cannot exceed $500

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.  Shipping: orders must be placed by 12 PM PST  to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

 

Packages do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following holidays:
